Director of Sales and Marketing
Matthew Girardot serves as the director of Sales and Marketing at GranVida Senior Living. He has over two decades of experience in the health care industry. He attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, and is passionate about working with seniors and their families.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys sports, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and family.
Health and Wellness Director
Kiara Estrella has spent nearly eight years in the senior living and nursing field. She worked as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) for six years before transitioning to her current role as health and wellness director.
Outside of work, you can find Kiara traveling, exploring outdoors or doing some sort of exercise to stay active. Kiara has been to 17 countries so far with more on her bucket list.
Vibrant Life® Director
Maribel Castro is the Vibrant Life® director at GranVida. She has over two years of experience in the senior living industry. Prior to her role at GranVida, Maribel owned a childcare business for a decade called Chicken Little Daycare. She is passionate about caring for and helping people of all ages.
Outside of work, Maribel enjoys walking her four dogs on the beautiful beaches of Carpinteria or Santa Barbara.
Business Office Director
Ashley Nash is the Business Office director at GranVida. She has worked in the senior living industry for five years. Prior to her role at GranVida, she was a teacher for a decade. Ashley studies organizational management at the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. She is passionate about helping seniors and catering to their needs.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach and baking.
Culinary Services Director
Orlando Nava, the Culinary Services director for GranVida, was born and raised in Ojai, Calif., where he still lives with his wife and family. Orlando knew he wanted to become a chef from a young age, and this led him to attend the Oxnard College Culinary program. Over the years, Orlando has worked with various senior living communities throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura County as a chef, food services manager and now as the Culinary Services director. He enjoys creating wonderful dishes with unique twists and is excited to create tasty menus and develop friendships with residents.
Building Services Director
Robert Garcia has spent over 20 years in the construction and maintenance field. He is a Navy Veteran and avid sports enthusiast. Robert loves his job, especially the challenges that come along with it.
